You can track your shipment's progress using your email and order number.
Please place an additional order if you would like to add items to your existing order. We cannot process changes made after the order is placed because we do not store your credit card information.
We cannot remove items from an existing order. Please return any unwanted items once you receive your order.
We currently offer returns for unwashed and unused projects within 14 days of delivery receipt. We will notify you when the refund has been initiated. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your return to process. If you return your
items after 14 days from the delivery receipt, we reserve the right to refuse your return. Final sale items may not be returned. The cost of shipping will be deduced from your refund
If you have received an incorrectly shipped or damaged product, please kindly contact us right away so that we can fix the problem.
We suggest you wash your matchbox bedding on a gentle cycle with cold water and hang it to dry.
With a focus on reducing our carbon footprint, we do not believe in unnecessary packaging or plastic. We use drawstring fabric bags made from natural fabric, which not only eliminates plastic but allows for reuse in your daily life. We use compostable packaging for shipping. Our products are all made in small batches, by hand, from natural fabrics and pigments.
