We are happy to accept returns for a full refund on all unused, unworn, or otherwise undamaged items within 14 days of delivery*. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping charges. Please email matchboxbedding@gmail.com to alert us that you intend to initiate a return. Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels. All sales are considered final 14 days after delivery.

Kindly pack the item(s) in the same condition that you received them and with their original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item(s). 

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days once we have received your return to see the refund reflected on your statement.

Please note that all sale items (which include both items on markdown and items purchased with a discount code, such as over Black Friday), gift cards, and personalized or made-to-order products are nonrefundable. All final sale items will be noted as such on the product description page.
